Why for women?
Because women need it the most. Women work outside their homes; they are professionals, they work in offices, they run businesses, they take care of their homes, their families, their children. They need and deserve a lot of energy and stamina.
When women take care of their physical and mental fitness, they get re-energized to function better in the real world. They feel more energetic and capable of handling stressful situations. This is, in fact, a great way to de-stress and release tension, besides getting fit.
Many women do not make the time to take care of themselves. Their excuse is that they do not have enough time - for themselves. I’m sure they have enough time to eat 3 meals a day. Why? because that is important to them. Why not make taking care of their body and mind important? It’s time they gave it a thought. Or else, it’s like saying one doesn't have time to stop at a petrol bunk to fill petrol, because one is too busy driving!!!
