One of the first changes I noticed in myself was the sense of 'Awareness'.
One starts becoming aware of one's words, actions, behaviour,... a lot
more serious introspection, I'd say!
The sessions have also helped me realise the hard fact that you yourself
are responsible for all events and happenings in your life, and taking
control over it is essentially what life is all about. This realisation
has helped me look at certain situations very objectively, and that helps.
You have been able to initiate me really well into this. The 2-3 sessions
on forgiveness was very helpful. Likewise, we should dedicate a few
sessions exclusively on certain aspects. All sessions have been a good
experience... in terms of meeting new people too. I truly hope to spend
more time on meditation sessions, so much more to know, to learn. Thanks
